An EAC is an Environmental Attribute Certificate. This is a verified, tradeable certificate that documents a specific environmental benefit — in our case, the emissions avoided when sheep graze solar sites instead of fossil-fuel powered mowers. Companies buy EACs to meet sustainability commitments.

You don't need to already be net-zero or have an EV or renewable energy setup. In fact, we're looking for farmers at various points in that transition, because the credit value is tied to real, documented change, not a starting line you have to meet first. We collect your baseline: current fuel use, miles driven for site management, household and business energy consumption, and details about your solar grazing or land stewardship operations. From there, corporate buyer funding helps pilot farmers make upgrades that increase both their EAC potential and their bottom line. The transition is the point.
